Youth Entertainment DVDs catch the Action

The action from the 2015 Action Medical Research Contest is available on a great highlights DVD

Elland Silver Youth

The organisers of the Action Medical Research Youth Entertainment Championship of Great Britain have informed 4BR that the highlights DVDs are now ready for distribution.

Great response

Gary Walczak, told 4BR: "In the couple of weeks since the event, the response to people purchasing the DVDs online has been superb, and we would like to thank everybody who has purchased them so far and hope they enjoy what was a memorable day."

Gary also told 4BR that if bands hadn't put in an order for the DVD not too worry as they can still do so.

Charlie Chaplin

In what was a highly enjoyable contest, Elland Silver Youth conducted by Samantha Harrison took the title for the third time in five years with a wonderful choreographed programme based around Charlie Chaplin.

Every band that competed at Blackpool had their performance recorded which they have been able to purchase for just £5. The DVD also includes highlights of other bands as well.

Thanks

The whole project though wouldn't have been possible without the help of Howard Varley, who did the filming on the day along with the editing.

Gary added: "On behalf of everybody involved in the Action Research Competition, I'd like to place on record our thanks for Howard's hard work once again. The end product is absolutely fantastic."

Echoed

Gary's comments were also echoed by Martin Walker from the Action Medical Research Charity: "It's been absolutely fantastic, and people have been donating more than £5 for their DVDs and in what are difficult times. We are very grateful for people digging deep."

Bands can now relive the action of a great Entertainment Contest in Blackpool on a fabulous highlights DVD and see how Elland Silver Youth took the title ~ 4BR
