Adjudicator change in London

There is a change to the adjudication line-up for the London & Southern Counties Regional Championship in Stevenage.

The London & Southern Counties Regional Committee has informed 4BR that due to David Lancaster’s need to recover to full health from his recent cycling accident they have reluctantly asked him to stand down from adjudicating the Second and Fourth Section contests at the Area Championship in Stevenage.

2016 return

A spokesperson told 4BR: “The decision wasn't taken lightly, but was considered the best for all parties bearing in mind the relatively short time scale involved.

We hope that David will accept an invitation to adjudicate for us in 2016, and in the meantime wish him all the best for a full and speedy recovery.”

Hirst replacement

4BR was informed that the highly experienced David Hirst has been invited to join the adjudication team.

We hope that David will accept an invitation to adjudicate for us in 2016, and in the meantime wish him all the best for a full and speedy recoveryL&SC spokesperson
