Royal Buckley Town Band has just opened their newly refurbished practice room, the first phase of a total bandroom renovation they hope to continue in 2015.
Grant help
The band was joined by their President, Lord Barry Jones PC, and leading local dignitaries as opened the new facility, which cost £15,000 to refurbish helped by a grant of £7,500 from the Foyle Foundation and Garfield Weston Foundation.

Renovations
Band Chairman, Steve Pugh-Jones, told 4BR: "The renovations have seen a lot of fund raising and hard work go into the first phase of the project from band members, and we are proud to have used local tradesmen to complete the project on time and budget.
It’s nice to have a safe and warm environment for the band to play in, especially the youth band who played for the opening ceremony."
