The 2nd Salford Saturday Music School will take place in Peel Hall, at the University of Salford on 25th October.
The session includes special guests Elland Youth Band conducted by Samantha Harrison as well as an eagerly anticipated workshop from euphonium virtuoso David Thornton.
Insight
David will give valuable insight into solo performing as well as highlighting his guidance with the performance of a number of unaccompanied works.
Black Dyke percussionist Andrea Price will also undertake a percussion workshop for those interested in learning more about the technique and mysteries of percussion playing in a brass band.
Elland Concert
The free concert by the award winning Elland Youth band will take place at 1.00pm.
After the concert Brett Baker will lead a question and answer session for both the youth band and delegates on the course.
