The East Anglian Brass Band Association recently held its Annual Brass Training Day at the Hewett School in Norwich.
55 delegates from the age of 11 upwards enrolled on the course to benefit from the Foden’s Band tutor’s advice and expertise.
Delegates were so keen that fifteen minutes before the scheduled start they were all in their place ready for the day to begin!
Repertoire
Under course leader Glyn Williams, the sectional tutors of Mark Wilkinson, Anna Hughes-Williams, Helen Williams, John Barber and Stewart Baglin lead the enthusiastic players through items such as
‘Love Unknown’, ‘Song’, ‘Three Saints’, ‘Armenian Fire Dance’ and ‘The Black Knight’.

Great day
Association Chairman Christine Wade told 4BR: "The day was a great success, and the delegate comments were excellent. The Association wishes to thank Glyn, Mark, Anna, Helen, John and Stewart for an excellent day.
