Sterling Musical Instruments has announced that the latest addition to their British stable of performance artists is star baritone player Sarah Lenton.
Dream come true
Sarah told 4BR: “I’ve been involved in music since I can remember and at the age of six I began to learn to play the baritone in my local youth band, so to become a Sterling artist is something of a dream come true for all that hard work!”
The former National Children’s and Youth Brass Bands of Great Britain player is currently studying for her BMus in Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music and has been recently appointed principal baritone with the Foden’s Band.
New challenge
"That’s a new challenge I am relishing," she added. "But with the Sterling baritone I know I have the instrument to help me all the way."
