Following the news of the recent appointment of Brett Baker to the University of Salford, Directorate of Music & Performance, 4BR has been informed of further additions to its brass and percussion teaching staff.

Support
Brett Baker told 4BR: "The new Saturday School will support work already being done at the local authority level and support other youth bands.
The courses will also involve existing students in organising and event management as part of their degree as well as allow them to benefit from performing at the school."
He added: "Alumni and one to one tutors will also be involved in what will be the first Social Businesses within the Arts and Media University Structure."
