The North West Area Brass Band Association (NWABBA) will be holding a percussion workshop run by Ray Payne and Richard Charles at Moorside High School, Swinton near Salford on the 18th May

Introduce

The well respected percussionists and teachers will led a day that will consist of sessions designed to introduce players of all ages and playing standards to an array of instruments.

Sessions will include orchestral percussion, samba drumming and African drumming, all designed to give percussionists a hands on day exploring new techniques and skills.

All welcome

Other instrumentalists are welcome to take part to find out more about the mysteries of the percussion section.
