From an appearance on ITV's 'Daybreak' through to giving top tips on how runners can actually complete this Sunday's 26 mile, 385 yard trek around London, the Huddersfield Marathon Band continues to gain plenty of media spotlight.
Gold medallist
On Friday morning, Mike Lomas and members of the band, appeared alongside 2012 Olympian, Katherine Grainger on ITV1's breakfast show, 'Daybreak' talking about the challenge ahead of their world record bid.
Radcliffe
Every runner competing will be taking as much advice from the experts, and in an article containing tips from Paula Radcliffe and Tanni Grey-Thompson amongst others, Mike gave an insight into how the band hopes to 'block out the pain'.
Hitting the target
As of Friday lunchtime, the band needed £4,590 to hit the amazing target of £60,000 for the charity SENSE.
