The popular Holme Valley Contest will be taking place for the 88th time on Sunday 6th April, at Holmfirth Civic Hall.

Entries

The contest has once again attracted a healthy entry of bands across three sections that will battle it out for a share of the generous prize fund and splendid trophies.

The day's proceedings commence with the Youth Section at 11.00am, followed by Section B (Third & Fourth Section) at 1.00pm. Section A (Championship/First & Second Section bands) will commence at approximately 4.30 pm.

The day's events will be overseen by adjudicator Andrew Warriner.
