If you want to hear all five regional test pieces on the one night before the contenders take to the stage at the North West Regional contest in Blackpool, then make sure you get along to the Boarshurst Band Club annual test piece evening.

Five bands

It will feature five bands on Sunday, 2nd March commencing at 7.45pm at the venue at Greenbridge Lane, Greenfield in Saddleworth, where ABBA adjudicator, David W Ashworth and another yet to be confirmed judge, will give a brief verbal critique to the audience and a comprehensive written critique to the bands.
