The popular Mid-Winter Brass Workshop, an education and training programme event promoted by the South West Brass Band Association, will take place over the weekend of Saturday 15th & Sunday 16thFebruary at the West Buckland School, near Barnstaple, North Devon.
Intensive tuition
The event attracts over 80 brass musicians of all ages and grades and this year delegates will receive intensive tuition by tutors Dave Barringer (above), Alan Fernie and John Maines.
The workshop concludes on the Sunday afternoon with a concert commencing at 4.00pm to which there is an open invitation to attend, free of charge with refreshments available from 3.30pm.
Applications
Applications to participate must be received by the SWBBA Secretary by no later than 1st February.
