The West of England Regional champion, Flowers, has announced another high profile signing, with the return to the ranks of percussionist Steve Jones.
Welsh trips
Having spent three years across the Severn Bridge enjoying highly successful spells with Tredegar and latterly Cory, the two hour long trips to the Rhondda has meant that he could no longer fully commit his time to play with the world ranked number 1 band.
Enjoy
He told 4BR: "As Flowers are literally three minutes down the road from where I live, it made perfect sense to return to the band where I spent 21 happy years before the move to enjoy my time with Tredegar and Cory.”
He added: I've had an incredible two years at Cory culminating in such a tremendous 2013 in becoming European, National and Brass in Concert champion.
I hope to help Flowers with their goals for the coming year and hopefully add some of my experience as they seek qualification to the British Open and the National Finals."

Flowers Band Manager Lee Downie added: "Steve is one of the very best exponents of the drum kit and we are delighted that he has chosen to rejoin the band.
