Lydbrook help launch Christmas lottery

The Lydbrook Band will be hoping that it helps create lots of festive millionaires this Christmas through the new National Lottery television advert.

The Lydbrook Band will be helping the National Lottery make plenty of happy millionaires this Christmas.

Feature

The band is featured in a new television advert and is seen performing a seasonal rendition of Gilbert O’Sullivan’s ‘Ooh-Wakka-Do-Wakka-Day’ from December 14th onwards.

Enjoyed

Lydbrook’s Robert Morgan told 4BR that the band thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

"The band was totally involved with the advert. Our first experience was the sound recordings in our band room when we performed the special Christmas song arrangement, which was followed by an exciting visit to St Albans for the filming.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the filming. It was great to become film stars for the day and to experience the Christmas atmosphere being created with such a high profile launch.

We hope it helps lots of people become millionaires over Christmas!"

Lottery help

Lydbrook has received over £9,900 of lottery funding to help with its projects, and they will now help highlight how the lottery not only benefits winners, but also the 420,000-plus projects across the UK.

Robert added: "National Lottery funding allowed Lydbrook to take part in an all-day event with other artists, including choirs, jazz groups and dance groups, which culminated in a magnificent firework display and watching vintage aircraft fly past."

We hope it helps lots of people become millionaires over Christmas!Lydbrook Band

Funding
