Northants set for Euro debut

The Northamptonshire Youth Band will represent England at the European Youth Championships in Perth next year.

Brass Bands England has announced that the Northamptonshire Youth Band under their Musical Director Brad Turnbull will represent England at the European Youth Brass Band Championships in Perth, Scotland in 2014.

Selection

Northamptonshire were selected after they were the highest placed English band at the 2013 National Youth Championships in Manchester earlier this year.

It is hoped the band will compete against national representatives from all over Europe at the event which will take place on Sunday 4th May.
