New date for beer and brass

The popular Ireland Colliery Music & Real Ale Festival has been moved to a new date.

Due to their local council double booking the usual venue, the Ireland Colliery Chesterfield annual Music & Real Ale Festival will now take place on Sunday 15th June 2014.

Focal point

The event provides a focal point of a great weekend of musical entertainment – all with the additional attraction of plenty of fantastic real ale provided by the band’s partners Raw Brewery.

Support

The weekend is also supported by Conceptunet and Staveley Town Council and will include plenty of brass band entertainment including the usual solo, quartet and duet competition and the 9th running of the popular Battle of the Band contest.
