Childs set to go Dutch

Dr Robert Childs will be helping Brass Band Schoonhoven in their preparation for the forthcoming Dutch National Championships.

Fresh from taking Grimethorpe Colliery Band to the Brass in Concert Championship at The Sage in Gateshead on the weekend, Dr. Robert Childs will soon travel to the to help Brass Band Schoonhoven in their preparation for the forthcoming Dutch National Championships.

Visit

The Welsh conductor and Besson artist visits the reigning champion in their preparation for the event on December 7th in Groningen, where Schoonhoven is hoping to win the title for the fourth year in a row.

Dr. Childs will also lead the band in an open rehearsal at the Music Centre De Koperdoos in the small town of Silvertown.
