Wales’ premier supplier of Brass and Percussion has provided their backing to Cory so that the world’s number 1 ranked band can hopefully claim the European Brass Band Championship title in Oslo next weekend.

Support

The support will help with travelling costs to Norway where the band will represent Wales for the 11th consecutive year.

The news comes just a few weeks after Ev-entz supported Cory with the setting up of their youth band in conjunction with Besson as part of their youth and community commitment.

Quest

Cory Band Manager Austin Davies told 4BR: "We are so grateful for this support from Ev-entz, which will support our quest to bring the European trophy back to Wales.

We have had a working relationship with Ev-entz for many years and Adrian and his team are at the heart of the brass band movement in Wales, supporting bands at all levels with their brass and percussion needs.

This is just another great example of their commitment to the ongoing success of our movement in Wales."

Ev-entz Managing Director Adrian Evans added: "As a proud Welsh company working at all levels of music making in Wales, we are more than happy to provide this support to Cory.
