Reigning champion Black Dyke will be giving a European pre-contest preview of their preparations before they set off to defend their title in Oslo on the first weekend of May.

The open rehearsal will take place at Morley Town Hall at a prompt 8.00pm start on Tuesday 30th April, with supporters and brass band fans asked to turn up early to get a seat.

Black Dyke’s Mike Shenton told 4BR: "There will be no additional short concert on this occasion as the two pieces are extensive, and we do ask that people turn up early so that we can start on time."
Admission is free and doors open at 7.30pm.
