Foden's Band has announced that tickets are now on sale for a special 'Brass Celebration' concert taking place at Fallibroome Academy, Macclesfield on Saturday 25th May.

The concert, starting at 7.30pm will feature the reigning British Open & National Champions alongside their highly acclaimed Foden's Youth Band, with a special guest appearance by the Fallibroome Academy 'Brassed Off' Band.

Speaking about the event, co-ordinator Ian Raisbeck told 4BR: "The last nine months have been truly historic for the Foden's organisation.

We take youth development very seriously, and as well as giving the Foden's Youth Band some great concert opportunities, we have also decided to offer free tickets to pupils taking part in brass wider opportunity programmes provided by Love Music Trust at six Macclesfield primary schools to hopefully inspire and encourage them to continue with their brass studies."

He added: "This event is designed to celebrate all of those achievements alongside our friends in the Macclesfield area."
