Satisfactory entry

Secretary to the Council, Brian Elliott told 4BR: "We are pleased to announce a most satisfactory entry of 76 bands to the West of England Regional Championships. The Council, as always, look forward to a competitive but friendly and enjoyable weekend of fine music."
