4BR has been informed that Jack Willars, the highly respected former secretary of the Leicestershire Brass Band Association and also of the William Davis Construction Group and Snibston Colliery Bands, has passed away.

He was 92, and died peacefully at his home in Markfield on 12th January

Funeral

His funeral will be at Markfield Church on the 4th February at 1.00pm and is open to all.
