Midlands confirm BBP Registry for Area entry

The Midlands Regional Committee inform bands that they must be signed up with the Brass Band Players Registry to compete at 2013 Area contest.

The Midland Regional Committee has confirmed to 4BR that all competing bands at the 2013 Midland Regional Championship must be registered with Brass Band Players Registry if they are to take part in the event and any subsequent National Finals qualification appearance.

Closing date

Midland Regional Secretary Lesley Bentley informed 4BR that the Championships will take place on the weekend of Saturday 9th/Sunday 10th March at the Civic Hall & Nicholas Chamberlaine College in Bedworth, Warwickshire.

The closing date for entries is Friday 11th January 2013.

Lesley added: "This is just a reminder to those bands who haven’t yet sent in their entries to do so by 11th January. The registration procedure must be completed no later than Friday 1st March 2013, but please do not wait to receive the registration documents before submitting your entry forms to me."
