Missing
However, BBE also states that, "This new team has had to overcome some significant challenges as a result of the well documented troubles of July & August 2012 including missing computer software, hardware, data, band registration cards, correspondence and payment cheques."
New database
It is also stated that they have now created a new Electronic Database, produced over 1,000 duplicate registration cards, implemented an online tracking service, processed well over 1,000 new registrations, transfers, re-validations and cancellations and achieved a 2-3 day transaction turnaround in the vast majority of transactions.
In addition it is stated that new electronic registration cards are now being produced, there has been a reduction in the amount of paperwork created and that duplicate registrations are being eliminated.
Future
They also hope that in future that they will be able to provide the electronic submission of transactions, on-line player activity reports, electronic payments and a multi-user computer system for faster throughput at peak periods.
