New arrivals at Rainford

Two new arrivals land on the Rainford doorstep after recent Northern Open.

The Rainford Band has announced the signing of ex YBS and Fairey horn player Tracey Daniel.

New arrivals

Tracey will be joining the North West band on solo horn from Oldham Lees after making her last appearance with at the recent Northern Open contest.

Also joining on 3rd cornet is Adam Case from neighbouring Parr Band where he was the assistant principal cornet.

Commenting on the arrivals MD Neil Samuel commented: "I would like to extend a warm welcome to Tracey and Adam. They are both young players with a lot to offer in and out of the bandroom.

They can only enhance the standard of the bands playing both on the concert and contest stage."
