2012 has certainly been an exciting year for Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band.

Success

Not only were they crowned Midlands Area Second Section champions, placed second at the National Finals and opened their brand new band room, but they have now unveiled their brand new website too.

The band is indebted to two of its playing members for its creation, with Matt Moran (principal Bb tuba) and Jack Fisher (principal percussionist) designing a new worldwide presence for the band aimed at promoting all aspects of their work and their potential for concert promoters and sponsors.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Visitors will find everything from reports of recent concerts and contest results, to player profiles and audio and picture galleries.

A facility will be coming soon enabling visitors to the website to purchase CDs and tickets for forthcoming events. You can even sign up to and view previous editions of the band’s quarterly newsletter ‘The Cornet and Echo’."
