Entries required for Welsh Open

The traditional season opener in Wales is looking for its line up of entertainers.

4BR has been informed that schedules and entry forms are now available for bands wishing to take part in the 2013 Welsh Open Entertainment Championship.

Splendid surroundings

The traditional contest season opener run under the auspices of the South Wales Wales Miner's Eisteddfod, has become a well supported event in the splendid surroundings of the art deco Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl, and provides band with the chance to flex their innovative entertainment muscles to an appreciative audience.

It will take place on Saturday, February 16th with the bands having to impress adjudicator Dr. Chris Davis OBE.
