The history making 'Double Champions' Foden’s have released programme details for their exciting self promotional concert on Sunday 11th November at Manchester Cathedral, commencing at 7.30pm
Lindemann
The concert will feature the band in music by Bach, Mendelssohn and Mussorgsky, whilst the brilliant trumpet star Jens Lindemann will be the featured soloist in the scorching ‘Dreaming of the Masters' as well as 'Starlight' by composer Dr Pete Meechan.
Requiem
The composer’s fabulous new arrangement of of Faure's ‘Requiem’ will receive its premiere featuring Foden’s and the 120 combined voices of Uttoxeter Choral Society and Sandbach Voices with soloists from the Royal Northern College of Music.
A great second half will feature the amazing talent of the Foden’s Youth Band who will perform two pieces by their Composer in Residence Andy Stevenson, as well as accompanying Jens Lindemann for the breathtaking arrangement of ‘Amazing Grace’.
The concert will finish is rousing style with the roof shaking to the sound of ‘Procession to the Minster’.

Hillsborough Trust
He added: "All this and you get to hear one of the world’s greatest trumpet players and a brilliant youth band, whilst we are truly honoured that representatives of the Hillsborough Trust have accepted our invitation to attend the concert to hear our performance of ‘Epitaph for Hillsborough.'"
