Cedric Vergere, Jonathan Ford, John Murdock, Jon Daw and Iain Chisholm will be getting their hands on Steve Mead’s latest CD, Diamonds’ after they answered correctly our National Finals quiz question.

That was: Steven has helped bands win the National title on four occasions at the Royal Albert Hall.

He won with Desford in 1987, 1988 and 1989, but with which other band did he claim a fourth success?

The answer of course was CWS Glasgow in 1996 on ‘Isaiah 40’.

Answer

The answer of course was CWS Glasgow in 1996 on ‘Isaiah 40’.

The bit of help we alluded to in the box this year was that the performance was conducted by Howard Snell.

Thanks

Thanks to everyone who took the time to send in their answers (not all were correct!). We will have another great prize up for grabs in the very near future, so keep those thinking hats on.
