UNISON Kinneil Band has announced the appointment of Craig Anderson as their new Musical Director.

Experience

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Craig brings with him a wealth of experience both as player and conductor. Since taking up the conducting baton in 2002 with Newmilns & Glaston, he has gained experience at all levels of competition and can boast of 17 wins and 33 top 6 places in all competitions to date."

Freelance

Craig currently plays with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and SCO Brass as well as maintaining a busy freelance schedule. In addition he also has an interest in Wind band and orchestral conducting and has organised various education projects and conducted the Scottish Chamber Orchestra's wind farm events. He recently attended the Allan Withington Conductor’s Summer School.
