After being missing off the internet for a little while, the Lewis Merthyr Band has got their brand new shiny website up and running!

And to bring the band into the 21st century, they have also started their own twitter account too.

Growing success

The band has been enjoying growing success over the last couple of years under the batons of both Gareth and Gavin Pritchard, and a fine result at the Welsh Area contest saw them qualify for the First Section National Finals in Cheltenham in September – for a second successive year.

In the next few weeks the band will compete in the Championship Section at the Welsh National Eisteddfod in Llandow as they start their preparations for their Cheltenham appearance4BR
