One band left to fill for IBBC

The organisers of the ambitious IBBC in Belgium later this year announce they have just the one place left up for grabs.

The International Brass Band Contest (IBBC) to be held at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven on the weekend of the 9th-11th November, has announced that they are looking for just the one remaining band to fill their line up of competitors for the event, which in the Championship Section carries a first prize of 8,000 Euros.

Concerts

It has also been announced that the official opening concert will be played by Manger Musikklag and Noord-Limburgse Brass Band, whilst the Gala Concert on the Saturday evening will be undertaken by Brighouse & Rastrick.

The final concert on the Sunday will be headed by Oslo Brass Band.
