Results: 2012 North Wales BBA Solo, Duet & Quartet

Over 120 players turned out in North Wales for a great day of contesting in Caernafon.

 

The North Wales Brass Bands Association recently held its annual Solo, Duet & Quartet Contest at Y Galeri, Caernarfon.

The contest was being held at this popular venue for the fifth successive year drawing a bumper entry of 129 performers on the day.

Fantastic day

Adjudicators, Iwan Williams and Sheona White, who worked solidly from 10.00am until early evening in two rooms, reported that they had had a fantastic day.

Speaking after the event, Iwan Williams congratulated everybody on the high standard of playing adding: "From what I have heard today, North Wales bands have a secure future."
