Old Hall Brass has announced the signing of John Holt on second trombone in time for the Brass at the Guild Hall contest in Preston on 5th February.

Spokesperson Paul Sudworth told 4BR: "John, who has previously played with Lancashire Brass and currently plays alongside the band's 2nd cornet, Mike Lormor, in the Starlight Swing Band, brings a wealth of experience to the trombone ranks."
