Crofton Silver Band has announced the appointment of Kevin Belcher as their new Musical Director.

Experience

Crofton's Stephen Graham told 4BR: "Kevin brings a wealth of experience. He presided over Knottingley rise from the Third to the Championship Section and oversaw Drighlington's rise back there too."

Kevin is said to be delighted to take charge of his hometown band and is looking forward to helping them develop and progress.

Signing

Meanwhile, the band has also announced the signing of Andy Hall on solo baritone.
