Yorkshire needs strong opinions!

This could be interesting. Plain speaking is needed in Yorkshire...

The Yorkshire & Humberside Brass Band Association is holding an Open Meeting this coming Saturday, 26th November at the Village Hall, School Lane, Walton, Wetherby, commencing 2.00pm.

Ideas and lively discussion

Invitations are extended to all bands in membership of the Association, together with any other bands or individuals with ideas for growth and development of the Association, as well as those with ideas and support for the maintenance and possible improvement in the successful events which the Association already run.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Peter Gilby, Association Chairman is eager for the meeting to bring people together for lively discussion — not only on what delegates want from the Association but also what attendees can bring to it."

Don’t let the silence be deafening or the apathy be stultifying – make the effort — come along and bring your ideas. A warm welcome is assured!YHBBA

Do not be silent

They added: "Don’t let the silence be deafening or the apathy be stultifying – make the effort — come along and bring your ideas. A warm welcome is assured!"
