Blaenavon Town Band has reported the death of its second euphonium player, Leighton Evans on Tuesday 27th September.

Leighton started his playing career with Blaenafon Concert Band and had also played with Abergavenny Borough Band.

Funeral

His funeral is being held on Thursday 6th October, at 10.30am at King Street Baptist Chapel Blaenavon, followed by internment at Varteg Road Cemetery, Blaenavon.
