Cory opt for French connection...

Besson

Antoine Beaussant President of Buffet Crampon Group has announced that the famous Cory Band, conducted by Dr Robert Childs will perform in future on Besson and Antoine Courtois Instruments.

Agreement

Buffet Crampon Group and Cory Band signed an agreement earlier this month stating that Besson and Antoine Courtois instruments will be the preferred choice of instruments for the whole band.

Thrilled

Dr Robert Childs commented on the agreement to 4BR: "I’m thrilled that Cory have decided to work with Buffet Crampon. We have visited their factories in France on several occasions and have been so impressed by the sound quality of their instruments. All the players and myself are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with the company."

He added: "In addition to exclusively performing on Besson and Antoine Courtois instruments we will also offer technical advice on the development of new models."

Proud

Antoine Beaussant added: "We are proud that Cory has chosen our instruments. The cornet section and flugelhorn are the first players to choose their instruments and I look forward to the rest of the band changing to Besson in the near future."
