The only national brass band competition currently being televised live free to air will be broadcast on the Welsh broadcasting network S4C this weekend.
Concerts and competitions
The Welsh National Eisteddfod is taking place in Wrexham with the traditional festival of culture bringing thousands of people to the Maes (field) at Lower Berse Farm, off Ruthin Road, Wrexham to enjoy the concerts, competitions and events.
Saturday morning
Brass bands kick off the entertainment programme competitions in the main pink Pavilion on Saturday morning with the Fourth Section starting at 10.00am.
This is followed by the Third Section at 12.30, with the Second Section at 16.10pm.

Sunday
On Sunday, the joint Championship & First Section will take place in the main pink Pavilion starting at midday.
