The Association of Brass Band Adjudicators (ABBA), have sent their heartfelt thoughts and condolences to the Norwegian Band Federation, following the double tragedy of the Oslo explosion and the wanton massacre of Norwegian young people at the camp on Utoya Island.

They state: "Our warm sympathy is extended to all our Norwegian colleagues and their families, especially those who may have been touched and numbed by this dreadful violence."
