4BR has been informed of the death of Eric Parkin, who passed away on Saturday 2nd July.

Secretary

Eric was the respected secretary of Stalybridge Old Band for over 30 years and a tireless worker throughout that period.

He continued to be an active supporter of the band even after his retirement from the post.

Funeral

Further information is now available for the funeral of Eric Parkin on 19th July.

The service will take place at 2.30 at the Revival Mission Church followed by interment at Dukinfield Crematory at 3.30pm.
