Randell ends 10 year dip in Poole

Phil Randle has called time on his decade at the helm of Poole Borough Band.

After ten years as MD of Poole Borough Band, Phil Randell has announced his retirement due to work and family commitments.

Secretary Polly Dear told 4BR: "We would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil for his unstinting hard work, loyalty and commitment, and for taking the band into the Championship Section (twice) and also to the National Finals."

Polly added: "This was achieved without major changes in personnel but through hard work and dedication on Phil’s part.
