Major local employer Simplyhealth was recently behind the appearance of euphonium Virtuoso Steven Mead in Andover, thanks to a donation from their community fund.

Packed

Steven joined Test Valley Brass, for a concert at the local The Lights Theatre and entertained a packed hall with a selection of his solo items.

All parts of the Test Valley organisation also played an active role too – from the beginner’s in the Frosty Band through to the senior outfit.

Inspiration

Steven told 4BR: "Frosty’s are a real inspiration. They were great and it is fantastic to see such young talent being encouraged and developed."
