The 2011 All England Masters International Championship has announced the line up of competing bands that will battle it out for the £4,000 top prize at the Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering next Sunday.

The 19 competing bands will tackle Darrol Barry’s latest major work, ‘Gemini’ and the action starts bang on the dot at 10.00am.
The competitors include bands from the England, Wales, Belgium and the USA.

Gala Concert:
The evening Gala Concert will feature British Open champions Tredegar and Midlands regional champion Virtuosi GUS.
Tredegar conducted by Ian Porthouse will perform in the first half with a programme that will include ‘Blackbird Special’, ‘Folk Festival’, ‘Ave Maria’ (Soloist: Danny Winder), ‘Legends of Cyfarthfa’, ‘I Loves You, Porgy’ (Soloist: Stephen Sykes), ‘Swinging Matilda’, ‘The Typewriter’ (Soloist: Matt Hall), ‘The Smile’ and ‘Credo’.
In the second half, Virtuosi GUS, conducted by John Berryman, will perform ‘Saints Hallelujah’, ‘The Ugly Bug Ball’, ‘Jubilance’ (Soloist: James Fountain), ‘Ticket to Ride’, ‘American Carnival’, ‘The Pearl Fishers’ (Soloists: Joanne Stephenson and Sarah Lenton), ‘Comedians' Galop’ and ‘Finale from Symphony No. 3’.
