Alder move to luxury abode...

A temporary new home has found favour with the players of Alder Valley Brass.

Alder Valley Brass has recently moved to new, albeit temporary luxury bandroom accommodation.

Relocate

Thanks to Chairman Mike Balls the band has moved into buildings not currently used by Murata Electronics (UK) Ltd. Mike approached the firm’s senior management who kindly allowed the band to relocate there for the foreseeable future, whilst they seek a permanent home.

Superb

A spokesperson told 4BR: "The new location provides a superb rehearsal room, storage facilities, large canteen/rest area, ladies and gents toilets and, to cap it all, it’s carpeted and heated!

There’s no more thawing instruments out before rehearsal and someone having to light the gas fires in advance of the band arriving."

Grateful

They added: "We are extremely grateful to Murata Management for affording the band these facilities whilst we seek a new home. It will be tough, if not impossible, to match this."
