Advert: Geneva Instruments

A brilliant new instrument to be launched at English Nationals as Geneva goes from strength to strength...

Geneva Instruments

Now the eight Regional Championship events are behind us Geneva would like to congratulate Fairey (Geneva) Band for once again qualifying for the National Finals at the Royal Albert Hall.

Two winners

Two Geneva endorsee’s — Michael Dodd of Grimethorpe Colliery and Chris Gomersall of Brighouse & Rastrick were also successful at the Yorkshire Regional Championships in Bradford, winning the prestigious ‘Best Soloist’ awards in the Championship Section.

European

With the Fairey (Geneva) Band increasingly successful, there is much for both the band and Geneva to look forward to in the coming months with the European Championships in Montreux first on the high profile list of contesting engagements.

Geneva Instruments is proud to be backing the English representatives at this fantastic event.

Brand new instrument

Meanwhile, Geneva Instruments is set to launch a brand new instrument into the market place – although with a very familiar name – at the English National Championships in Preston.

Although still a highly guarded secret the instrument promises to create something of a stir at an event on 25th June, which Geneva proudly sponsors.

The new models have to be a very closely guarded secret until the contest, but I can assure the traditionalist out there, they will get a big kick seeing and playing itTim Oldroyd

Latest brand

Tim Oldroyd MD of Geneva told 4BR: "We have been developing the latest brand for a long time now, and I for one will be very proud to put the models into production ready for the English Nationals."

He added: "The new models have to be a very closely guarded secret until the contest, but I can assure the traditionalist out there, they will get a big kick seeing and playing it – although my lips are sealed until the big day!"
