Stars set for Japan help

Lots of brass band stars will be getting together this weekend to help the victims of the recent Japanese disaster.

Following on from the banding world’s response to the earthquake and tsunami disaster that has hit Japan, a number of leading players and conductors will get together this weekend to produce a charity recording to help the work of the British Red Cross Tsunami Appeal

Recording

The recording is taking place at Salford University Peel Hall and the organizers are hoping that as many supporters come along to add to the supportive atmosphere.

Starts

It all starts on Sunday at 7.00pm with tickets costing £5. All proceeds go to the British Red Cross Tsunami Appeal.
