The members of the Johnstone Band recently got all dressed up on to help raise over £1,400 for the West of Scotland Deaf Children’s Society.
Fancy dress
The event at the Interactive Family Film and TV Theme Concert held at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, saw the band play an action packed programme including music from 'Harry Potter', 'Star Wars' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean' — all in fancy dress, to help the charity with its fund raising activities.
Dancing in the aisles
MA spokesperson from WSDCS told 4BR: "The musical selection and interactive nature of the concert had the children literally dancing in the aisles. It was a wonderful concert and raised a great amount for our charity."
