The Scottish branch of the National Association of Brass Band conductors is holding an Area test piece workshop this weekend.

Bo'ness venue

The event will take place at 2.00pm on Sunday 30th January, at Bo’ness & Carriden Bandhall, Boundary Street, Bo’ness.

Due to personal commitments, Andrew Duncan, who was due to be the guest analyst at this event, is now unable to attend.

Sections 3 & 4

However, Scotland's latest conducting/composing talent, Paul Drury, will be on hand to offer expert advise on the musical and performance aspects of the Section 4 & 3 test pieces.

The host band this year is the Bo'ness & Carriden, which will be led by Bede Williams.

Section 4 commences at 2.00pm
Section 3 commences at 3.15pm
