Old Hall Brass has announced the signing of Cath Gaskell, Gill Lea-Wilson and Dave King as the band start preprations for the North West Area contest in Blackpool at the end of February.

Cath (1st horn) and Gill (2nd hornet) join Old Hall Brass from Rainford, whilst Dave has returned to the soprano after a break from banding, having previously played with Foden’s and YBS among other top bands.

Paul Sudworth told 4BR: "The band would like to officially welcome them to Old Hall Brass, as we look forward to a successful 2011."
